Payment method at this time is Pay Pal and orders are to be paid in advance. Prices do not include shipping and handling ($5.00 fee) or taxes.

Resale: No tax on resale but I do need your resale number. Quantity discounts (10%) are given on 10 or more pieces (must be the same).

Stock Colors: Irid glass: Red, Black/Gold, Black/Silver, Cobalt, Purple, Green, Teal, Black Opal (diamond pattern), Black Rainbow, Clear
Opals: Black

Nonstock: All stringer, any color not listed above.

Glass used is Bullseye Glass. It is a hand rolled glass and color is for the most part consistent, but it can vary slightly from sheet to sheet. Sheets are priced by weight not size. Please call for more information on colors or samples. You can see some of our samples on the sample glass page.

Textures: Irid side up (a rougher ceramic effect) or clear on Irid smoother 3d color effect). Clear on Irid is easier to keep clean and brings out all of the color variations in the glass.

Custom Orders: Orders are for pieces that I consider to be one of a kind, or for color/design combinations requested by the customer. Price will vary depending upon color and type of glass, design, size of piece (weight) and labor in design and work. All custom orders require a 30% deposit that is non refundable. It can be returned for credit but not for a refund. Custom orders take two to four weeks depending on availability of the glass used.

Shipping: All glass is carefully packed for shipping, but as you know breakage can occur. If breakage occurs during shipping you may return the pieces to me and I will make a replacement free of charge. Breakage which occurs otherwise is not refundable. Return (due to breakage) may be made up to 14 days of the date received. Please inspect your glass piece(s) as soon as you receive your shipment. We ship with UPS (ground service) unless otherwise requested.

Care of Glass: Fused glass is durable, but all glass can break. If placing on a hard surface such as granite be careful not to bump it against that type of surface. Bumper savers are placed on the bottom of each piece (except for vases). If you remove them be careful when setting your glass down on a hard surface. Never place on a hot surface or in an oven or microwave. It is best to hand wash with warm soapy water and towel dry to prevent spots. Spots can be wiped clean with a soft dry cloth. It is not necessary to use a glass cleaner. I do not recommend it. Vinegar mixed with water works best.
